We heard about the new Fox restaurant online and had to give it a try. Sam Fox has so many delicious restaurants around the valley that its to your benefit to try all of them. Blanco Cocina did not disappoint. The restaurant is new and situated in an up and coming Plaza in Paradise Valley. The interior decor is dark but elegant. At the heart of the restaurant is a room containing a 360-degree bar. The patio area is vast and overlooked the nearby grass where outdoor concerts can be watched in the distance. I followed our waiters recommendation and ordered the Short Ribs. They were delicious, tender, and flavorful. The Thres Leche desert was heavenly. Our waiter and the supporting staff were very attentive. They checked on us multiple times throughout the course of our meal. I haven't been to the other Blanco restaurants. It's my understanding that this is an upscale experience, and it safely delivered. We will be back.

Delicious Mexican food in a neat space with some TVs and a gorgeous bar. We shared an order of taquitos, a short rib cheese crisp and the ceviche. Everything was delicious! The paloma was also fantastic. Highly recommended!

My favorite of all the Blanco's I have gone to so far. The service could not have been better, the food was perfect and the atmosphere was just great. A beautiful new place! Check out the pictures. We had Oysters which were great, the ceviche was just perfect! I took some home and it as just as good the next day finishing it up. My wife had mahi tacos and loved them. I had the carne asada fajitas which could not have been better. Excellent flavor in the meat, the peppers and onions were cooked just right and the seasoning was on point. Great drinks and we even had a beautiful sunset out the window t enhance our date.

I assume this is a more upscale version of Blancos, and I must say the restaurant design is beautiful. They have fresh seafood / raw bar options you won't see at other Blanco locations. I tried the ahi tuna tacos that were very tasty. The tuna is mixed with a sweet pineapple salsa that gives it a unique taste. Will definitely order them again. Also had the tortilla soup that was really good.

Blanco’s serves up flavorful Sonoran style Mexican food. It’s on the pricier side, but I found the quality of food and the service to make up for it. The restaurant has a cool desert vibe with an upscale Hispanic flair and a wonderful patio. We started with cocktails and an order of the queso with seasoned beef and it was amazing. For my lunch entree I enjoyed the beef chimichanga with rice and beans. The food was excellent and everything was flavorful. There were other items on the menu that looked good, and seeing different plates go by I would definitely be back to try other options.

Amazing food and vibes! The only downside is there's sparse parking and it's a little hard to find. But that's ok - just part at the Whole Foods and you'll get to walk off a chip or two after your meal. I got the Grilled Mahi tacos with flour tortillas and my husband got the Chicken Pastor tacos with corn tortillas. I usually get flour because the corn tortillas always get mushy and fall apart but he said these were perfect and held up so good. Also, aside from being delish - these babies were full. I had to eat some of the filling out of mine in order to pick it up. I also got the Aloha Tea (non alcoholic) it was really refreshing. The majority of the restaurant seems to be the patio, it was absolutely gorgeous. I just hope they have the misters and fans dialed in for the summer! We'll definitely be back.

What a wonderful spot! Highly recommend coming here and we will be back! The food was sooooo good! The queso fundido was so rich and smokey! The shrimp tacos were so flavorful and just a little bit of spice. The ceviche was fresh and bright ...

This stylish, comfortable fine-ish dining restaurant is a welcome addition to the vast, redeveloping Paradise Valley Mall acreage. The restaurant itself is vast, with a large, low-lit dining room with lots of wood and open-beamed ceiling, a rectangular bar (our favorite kind) with ample bar seating, and sprawling al fresconess. The menu offers an upscale variety of South-of-the-Border-ish and TexMex-ish fare, along with ceviche and a raw bar, and even some mains that seem more North-of-the-Border (and North-of-Texas too). And again: upscale. I really enjoyed the Seabass Veracruz and Sarah loved the Avocado Caesar with chicken (based on a true South-of-the-Border dish), and the service was excellent. We were pleased with the short but well-priced wine list. But if you are looking for tequila, look no further. The selection is, again, vast. We will probably be regular diners at the bar.
